Inkredible ink tattoo reserves the right to without further explanation refuse services, consultations, advice, treatment and / or access to the studio to any person.
Filling in and sending a contact form, receiving a consultation, a request for additional information or advice does not entitle you to an answer or treatment. Contact forms are for requesting treatment appointments only. A deposit and a written agreement inform concent are required for all treatmentappointments, an treatmentappointment is not possible without these. There are costs involved on requests for second opionions on existing tattoos not made by Inkredible ink tattoo.

All access to the studio is by appointment only. Access and treatment is 16+ No phonecalls and taking pictures in the shop or during the treatment. If desired by the practitioner, the customer wears protective gear such as a mouth mask during treatment provided by Inkredible ink tattoo. Only the person with the appointment enters. Inkredible ink tattoo is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings that the customer brings into the studio.

Anything that is not delivered as a directly convertible design, adjustments for which and/or must be drawn are subject to design and drawing costs. All designs are and remain the property of Inkredible ink tattoo and will be a available for tattooing at your tattoo appointment not sooner. At all times the customer itself is responsible for the content and the correct spelling delivery of texts/images. Inkredible ink tattoo is not responsible for the content, spelling and meaning of texts or symbols or for physical, mental or social consequences arising from the voluntary choice to have any tattoo or on any bodypart.
Skin is living tissue, healing and end result differs per person depending on skin color, age, general condition and aftercare. Aftercare advice is general about compliance with and/ or consequences/results Inkredible ink tattoo has no control, warranty to the door.
Inkredible ink tattoo is not obliged to update/repair tattoos, any costs are for the account of the customer.
Provided not against personal beliefs or not suitable for tattoo designs such as Pinterest drawings, Inkredible ink tattoo has a neutral standanding towards the choice of design and meanings of tattoos. Photo’s made by Inkredible Ink Tattoo of the tattoo and the process of making the tattoo will be used for social media considering the privacy of the customer unless otherwise consulted.

A non-refundable deposit is required for making an appointment. Deposits will be forwarded to and settled at the last appointment. Deposit is valid up to 1 year after the last treatment. Payment is made in advance of and per session. The required number of sessions is an estimate that is as accurate as possible, no rights can be derived from this.
All prices can be adjusted at any time due to, among other things, annual indexation by CBS, changes in costs through the licensing system or due to other force majeure or unforeseen situations regarding, for example, hygiene measures. For all treatment, an informconcent (1) must be truthfully completed and signed. For tattoos on less suitable body parts and face, a waiver must be signed.
All appointments, deposits and tattoos/designs are personal. In the event of cancellation or major changes to/from a signed agreement as in (1) design, the deposit and the agreement will lapse. In case of no-show, cancellation or late and without a clearly communicable urgent reason request to reschedule an appointment (2), the deposit and the agreement will lapse. Inkredible ink tattoo is not obliged to finish, start up and/or schedule a new appointment as in (2).
Appointments cannot be rescheduled. Exception in a timely manner and with clearly communicable urgent reason. Holidays, lack of money, sunburn or other non-urgent personal appointments are not. In all the above situations, space and treatment time has been reserved in the agenda and preparatory work has been carried out specifically aimed and tailored to the tattoo desired by the customer. No term can be attached to a new appointment, there is no priority for rescheduled appointments.

For urgent reasons, force majeure such as illness, equipment or power cuts, changes made by the government with regard to treatments, Inkredible ink tattoo may be forced to reschedule the treatment appointment. However, priority does apply and the waiting time is kept as short as possible, taking into account the agenda. Inkredible ink tattoo is not responsible for any costs resulting from this or is entitled to a refund of the deposit.
